About Far de la Mola
The Far de la Mola stands on the edge of a cliff 120 metres above the sea, on the La Mola plateau, in the far east of the island. Beside it is a monument to Jules Verne, who mentions it in “Hector Servadac”. Since 2026 the lighthouse has shown the Cati Verdera collection of 56 works; the exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am–2pm, and closed from 1 December to 11 February (formentera.es).
