About Can Marroig interpretation centre
The visitor centre of the Parc Natural de ses Salines is in the restored house of the old Can Marroig estate. An interactive exhibition, a scent box and a film introduce the Posidonia meadows, the salt flats and the marine life. It is reached only on foot or by bike from the recreation-area car park, at the start of a circular walk of about 2.6 km. Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am–4pm; +34 971 17 76 88 (formentera.es; caib.es).
